An angel with a clock telling us to let go of clock time and desperate focus on a goal. She presents an alternative to be open to other options. Wait and look around for creative solutions, other possibilities, and perspectives. Once we let go and open, other options will show up.
Winter is a time of reflection and patience which is why this angel is in the frosted trees wearing her quilted gown. I took this photo in last night’s quiet Easter snow. Surely Easter snow has the powers of patience.
Day 18 of National/Global Poetry Writing Month (AKA NaPoWriMo). Card from “Energy” oracle deck by Sandra Anne Taylor. Day 18.
Patience
Come out of the tunnel
into the day light
into the wide landscape
of possibilities.
A breath
A sweeping look around.
The snow will melt
New paths will be revealed
The fields will bear
a vast variety of fruit
to taste.
