March is Lambing

So quickly it seems spring has sprung or has it really? March has a reputation for “in like a lamb, out like a lion.” This week, here in middle Wisconsin, went from 3 inches of fresh snow to melty 50 and 60 degrees F. We will see. Enjoy the poem and what ever the weather. Loves

March is Lambing
March is Lambing

March is lambing
Soft and warm
Squalling green

Stay close little lambs
The lion is lurking
with icy canines bared
ready to pounce white

But today
Open are windows
Off come coats
Skis and sleds put away
Clutter cut loose
Boldly coming out of our caves
Craving love and bloom
