Goddess Juno

When on my ladies weekend, I pulled a card from my Goddess Tarot deck. Always interesting that the right card comes up. Goddess Juno is the Goddess of women. Here is the poem.

10 Goddess Juno
Goddess Juno

Holding the light for women
the wisdom of women our forebearers
the moon our crown,
our guide.
Our flowing gown of iridescence
beauty in body and mind.
Carved throne of solid wood,
foundation, function.
Women
craft and love
and making home
knitting hearts into families.
