Sweet Spots

I have found my feel-good happy movie – Enchanted. Romance, signing, beauty and optimism back-dropped against cynical, love lost New York City. The princess character reawakened the silly, happy, spirited, unrealistic, romantic core of me. After my workout watching the movie this morning, the fawns were in the field having their breakfast. Fawns are silly, happy, spirited, unrealistic too. Isn’t it wonderful. Enjoy the Disneyeque poem.

Sweet Spots

There are sweet babies in the beans
nibbling the leaves
and flicking their white tails.
Little lambs eat ivy
and little fawns prefer beans
beans to their knees
their sweet knees
leaping and playing
and showing off their spots.
Oh such innocence
and love
I will relish my sweet spots too.
