New Year Intentions

Be not too specific
or you will miss what you have not imagined.

Think about the ‘what’ and
the ‘how’ will present itself.

Always save room for surprises,
say “yes” a lot.

Make values based decisions
not fear based decisions.

Spend time in nature,
move your body,
and learn something new.

Admire yourself,
the mind and body believe what you tell them.

Look for the good,
you will see what you look for.

Be grateful every day
even for your trials
for they have something to teach you.

Lead with love,
follow where your energy goes,
and choose happiness!
